1. Damaged or Spoiled Products
If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds or replacements are only eligible if:
- The complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Valid proof (photos/videos) is provided.
- The product has not been consumed or discarded.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not offer refunds for:
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
- Minor variations in ripeness or size.
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 -4 business days.
